The group is divided into three business areas; Work Zone Safety, Scaffolding Systems and Digital Solutions.

The role

As Strategic Purchaser, you will drive procurement excellence within Business Area Scaffolding Systems, while contributing to group-wide improvements on the organization's continued enhancement as an industrial group. You will report to the Head of Procurement. Location is in Malmö and/or Sibbhult, with willingness to travel.

You will focus on:

• Shape and lead strategic and tactical sourcing for key material categories, like steel tubes, extruded aluminium and plastics sheeting, ensuring quality, delivery precision and competitive pricing.
  
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to enable smarter decisions, efficient collaboration and long-term value. Initiate change of suppliers and all parameters involved in purchase and optimizing cost and stock levels (service level, working capital).
  
• Drive procurement development, contributing to group-wide synergies, tools, analytics and best practices that improve how we buy, negotiate and plan. Provide training and support in procurement practices.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, we believe you have personal integrity and are motivated by building strong relationships and making things better. You’re commercially and analytically sharp with a strong leadership profile. You also have:

• A university degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in strategic procurement and supplier management.
• Good understanding of production systems, sourcing processes, material planning and category management methodologies.
• Business acumen, negotiations, terms and conditions.
• Solid communication skills in English (Scandinavian language, French or German is a plus).
• Interest in and comfort with digital tools: MS Office (especially Excel), Teams and ERP systems.
