We are now seeking a Financial Controller who will have a key finance role in a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up with global operations. Location Stockholm.

What you'll do
Be the key link connecting Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Expense & Revenue follow-ups, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and seamless collaboration across functions.

Core Finance Operations

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Full ownership of customer invoicing (Fortnox), collections, reminders, and escalation.
  
• Accounts Payable (AP): Coordinate with external accounting partners on supplier invoices, coding, approvals, and payments.
  
• Treasury: Weekly liquidity monitoring, cash forecasting, and reporting.
  
• Expense Management: Administer and oversee Pleo; ensure policy adherence and integration with accounting.
  
• Payroll & Employee Queries: Act as finance contact for payroll questions (advance vacation, benefits, reimbursements), liaising with payroll/PEO providers, verifying integrity of the payroll amounts.

Reporting, Consolidation & Business Partnering

• Support CFO with monthly reporting, budget vs. actuals, cost control, variance analysis, ARR monitoring, and board pack preparation.
  
• Assist with multi-entity consolidation (Sweden, UK, Poland, Germany, USA, future entities).
  
• Act as finance liaison between HQ and international PEOs/accountants.
  
• Support CFO on strategic projects (new entity setups, audits, tax, compliance).
  
• Define and maintain clear bookkeeping guidelines aligned with Kodiak’s business logic across all the entities: ensuring consistent treatment of revenue recognition, cost allocation, and intercompany flows across entities.
  

What we're looking for
We seek a structured and detail-oriented Financial Controller who thrives in ambiguity and process-building.

• Is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least three years of experience in financial controlling or accounting in an international environment.
  
• Has a strong knowledge of Swedish accounting, compliance, VAT.
  
• Is proficient in Fortnox (or similar ERP), Excel, reporting tools.
  
• Has experience with AR/AP and multi-entity consolidation.
  
• Is comfortable working with external providers (accounting, payroll, PEOs).
  
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
